JOB SCOPE
Team oversight and training
- Oversee on-ground team performance to ensure smooth, guest-focused operations.
- Train new and existing staff on service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and brand alignment.
- Support management in fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
Guest communications and service
- Handle guest issues quietly, swiftly, and with good judgment to elevate the guest experience and the brand.
- Take the lead in responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Train team members to support communications
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and overall guest experience
- Train and upskill staff to deliver consistently high standards
Operations management
- Schedule monthly team shifts, help to design a workflow format that ensures full coverage with minimal disruptions.
- Oversee daily cleanliness routines and conduct periodic checks to ensure consistency and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support smooth daily operations.
- Assist management in identifying and implementing preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance and help to ensure the space and equipment are kept in optimal condition.
- Generate monthly retail/consignment reports and maintain accurate retail inventory records.
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and reduce operational expenses without compromising quality.
Job details
1-year full-time contract, with the option to convert to permanent full-time upon mutual agreement.
Working hours
- 5 days weekly
- Tuesday to Friday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
